40 Watt did a film for Montana Wilderness School, that was a bit complicated to pull off as it needed to reveal the event (a bison harvest) in a way that was interesting and honest from the hunting perspective, while also interesting and palatable for viewers who aren't hunters. They crushed it!

For the 10th anniversary of the "Backpacking Skills for Aspiring Hunters" course, Matt Skoglund of North Bridger Bison invited the students and staff to his ranch to field harvest a bison and learn the ropes of field dressing an animal. Our crew had an amazing day and learned as much as the students did! We're excited to collaborate a lot more with Matt this year, but in the meantime enjoy the film!
